応募必要条件

スキル・資格

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience in ONE or MORE of the following:

◆ Engineering degree in relevant manufacturing or mechanical field

◆ Professional experience in automotive manufacturing operations preferred

◆ Strong technical understanding and industrial engineering knowledge

◆ Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and continuous improvement

◆ Business-level Japanese (N3+) for production floor communication

Experience in ONE or MORE of the following areas is desirable:

◆ VE/VA (Value Engineering/Value Analysis) experience

◆ 3D CAD skills and project participation experience

◆ Conversational English and familiarity with automotive quality systems
