仕事内容
Shinsaibashi
We're looking for enthusiastic Bilingual Event Operations Staff to join our team in Osaka Shinsaibashi! You'll be managing events and parties for both international visitors/residents and Japanese participants interested in global exchange.

Working primarily in English, you'll feel like you're working abroad right here in Japan. This is a fantastic chance to fully utilize your language skills and event management talents in a vibrant, international setting.

Key Responsibilities
As an Event Operations Staff member, you'll be responsible for a variety of tasks using your English communication skills, ensuring smooth and engaging international parties and events.

Venue Setup & Preparation: Get the event space ready for a seamless start.
Event Reception & Guest Guiding: Warmly welcome attendees and provide clear guidance throughout the event.
Participant Support & Communication (English/Japanese): Facilitate interactions among participants and help create an engaging atmosphere.
Photo & Video Shooting (including for SNS): Capture the excitement and memorable moments of the events.
Venue Cleanup: Restore the event space to its original condition after the event.
Event Report Creation: Summarize event outcomes and identify areas for future improvement.
This role typically involves direct commute to and from event venues.

Who We're Looking For
We welcome applicants who meet any of the following criteria:

Fluent in conversational English (TOEIC 700+ or equivalent listening/speaking skills preferred).
Interested in studying abroad, or have overseas study experience.
Someone who is cheerful and loves interacting with people.
Proactive and values teamwork.
Able to commit to working long-term (1 year or more).
Interested in event planning and operations.
Eager to demonstrate leadership skills.
Able to work 2 days or more per week.
Students and working professionals are both welcome!

Work Schedule & Location
Fixed-day work is possible.
Workdays: Monday to Sunday 19:00-22:00
Saturdays: 3:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Additional workdays are negotiable; please feel free to discuss.
Daily Work Hours: Approximately 3 to 7 hours (negotiable).
Working hours may vary depending on the event.
This is a hybrid role, combining online and on-site event work.
