We provide DX support, focusing on infrastructure construction, operation and maintenance for customers in Insurance Industry customers.

By having TCS permanent employees in charge of this project, knowledge sharing and education with TCS offshore members will be possible.

You will support the management and operation of the infrastructure that is directly connected to the business of our customer, a major non-life insurance company, and will lead the technical aspects of supporting existing services and operations and building new ones while communicating with the customer. We provide services in the area of NW (internal conference system environment, internal network trouble recovery support, and management).

【必要条件】
・Operation skill for Cisco Router/Switch, ASA
・Operation skill for SSH Client, remote operating network
・Dedicated Private Line Connection knowledge
・Internet VPN Connection and IP Network knowledge
・Dial-up Connection knowledge
・Layout Diagram skill
・Vendor Coordination skill
・Basic Excel Function skill

【英語力】
・English speaking / writing / reading skill

業務内容

【仕事内容]
・Coordination of addition / removal / relocation of LAN / FC wiring, PBX / Telephony to head offices, branches, and data centers
・Performs numbering for the fixed IP address requested by the user
・Operation of new external connection network using leased line, Internet VPN, INS line, etc. with other companies
・Checking Port Status
・Investigate the cause of network-related problems that occur in business, take measures to solve them, and present future measures.
・Coordination with vendors and users when help arrives from PM in network-related projects
・Coordination with customer’s offshore NOC and the teams
・Supporting network project
・Team Management
・Reporting to customer and TCS managers
